2nd time hair straightening or better natural straightneing method?

i straightening by some cream(irons werent introduced in india at that time).It was ok at that time nice and healthy

after an year now,can i go for straightening again?is it adviceable to go for it again,bcoz ive seen many saying it damaged their hair

if not pls suggest any method which causes any damage or atleast less damage

try the Japanese straightening treatment.....put it in on Google or something if u don't know wut it is.....but its supp to not damage the hair what so ever....so ya....by the way....what cream did you use on your hair to straighten it? and where can i get one? can you please reply if possible somehow?....as a reply to one of the questions i posted up i guess....if ya can?....i'd like to know....thanks :)
