One of my friend went for a permanent hair starightening, but her hair looks now looks stiff and non wavy now.

Meanwhile my another friend also did a permanent hair straightening, her hair looks very wavy and very much natural and very good.

Why is this difference ?

regular looks natural and straight but a bit wavy.

well it sounds like ur second friend got a perm or something because when u get you hair permanently straightened it is straight not wavy
