If I straighten my hair once every month with a ceramic straightening iron how much damage will it do to my hair?

I use a hair straightener every day and i have very healthy hair. It depends on what type of shampoo and conditioner you use and what other products you are using on your hair to prevent damaging it. It also depends on how hot you have it and how long you leave it on your hair.

not much damage. i straightener my hair everyday.

it all depends on how u take care of it. use good shampoo's and also use good heat protect products.

i use one dat is a small bottle about $15 dollars. but if u want something more affordable i love tresseme heat protexx spray and the straightenig cream. dey really protect ur hair

not much damgae. a little heat and maybe some split ends. use a heat protecting spray before using the falt iron and always have some sort of lubricant on the hair to prevent frying.
