I want to get my hair straightened permanently and I have heard this Japanese Hair Straightening is the way to go.
I did some research on the internet, but I can't find any bad reviews on the treatment.
Did anyone have a bad experience with the permanent Japanese Hair straightening treatment?
Yuko Japanese Hair Straightening?
This method is also known as Rebonding, some call it Ice Rebonding and such. It is the harshest hair treatment, more so compared to perming and bleaching. The hairs are intentionally "broken" and a chemical is added to "rebond" them back silky straight, hence the name Rebonding. There are cases reported that ladies who had rebonded their hair experience balding patches,so do get an experienced hairdresser who is well trained to do this. This job may take 3-5 hrs to do, and make sure you go for subsequent hair treatment, as they tend to get dry over time. It is also best that you have healthy hair, and have not dyed or bleached or permed your hair recently, as they may get damaged. But all in all, i think this look is very nice.Good luck!

i had a friend who had this process done, and her hair got FRIED. i would suggest using the american straightening process because it is not as abbrassive and it's a better process.good luck.

Well, I haven't heard about that Japanese Hair Straightening but I don't think it would work, because even though It could make the hair straight, but then when the hair start growing back, it'll grow curly.

I have done this Japanese Hair Straightening couple times. It works well for me but it depends on your hair condition.
I would suggest if you can find some Asia hair salons, they will give you a good price for it.
