Help with straightening hair!!!!?

well i can straightnen my hair and i have a great straightnener (its a coriolis, the pink one) its great

my mom normally straightens my hair because for some reason i cant get it right.. i do it by layers but its still straight its just poofy straight and my mom is out of town this week so i have to do it by myself.. and plus, i need to learn by now

what i normally do is section my hair into two (top and bottom,like a half-ponytail) doing the bottom layer first, then pinning the bottom in a low ponytail and leaving the top to hang freely. another thing you might want to do is make the sections that youre straighting smaller, it might take longer but you'll get better results, i usually go with an inch section at a time.

it's probably poofy because you're grabbing large sections at a time. Don't grab a fistfull of hair. Grab only a little bit at a time %26amp; straighten it. It'll take a while but it'll be worth it in the end :]
