What hair straightening heat protectant products work?

I have regular, frizzy and wavy hair. I have just brought a hair straighner but have found out that the heat damages your hair. Can you recomend some products I can use to minimise the damage?

Also if their are any products that stop the frizz because my straigner makes my hair straight but doesnt kill the frizz?

If you could recomend some products that are cheap and easy to get hold of?

well, having a good straightener is important for this more so than an iron guard but use chi brand iron guard it's the best. i use garneir fructise smoothing serum.

I recommend PHYTO anti-frizz straightening balm along with the shampoo ( I only use the shampoo when it is cloudy or raining outside). You can buy it as sephora. It does not contain chemicals. After you take off the towel apply a bit all over your hair. Section it off and blow dry it. You can even use it after, but I very seldom need to do this unless it extremely cloudy or raining outside, and you know that makes your hair even more frizzy.

I like using Tresemme Heat Tamer Protector Spray. It also conditions your hair. Afterwards, I'll put a little of the Tresemme Anti-Frizz Secret Smoothing Creme. You should be using a ceremic straightener to avoid the straight frizzy look. Good Luck.
